The last Holiday season saw an explosion in Oculus (or should we now say Meta) Quest 2. In order to guide these new users to some amazing experiences on their new VR headset. Most of these recommendations are available on the Oculus Store, but we included a few available on the Oculus Apps Labs as well. The Apps Labs is a secondary channel of the Oculus Store that can be searched and installed just like a regular app. We excluded any official Facebook (Meta) applications from the list as they usually come pre-installed on the headset. Let’s keep our focus on discovery!

Getting into VRChat can be a bit more difficult due to the high virtual population (more people = more weird or offensive content and interactions), so it really gets better once you make in-game friends and hang out with them. VR Chat however is great for tech savvy people who wish to express themself visually in the virtual world.
